Sports & Orthopedic Center provides a complete range of sports medicine & orthopedic services including regenerative Non-surgical Orthopedics, peripheral pain management as well as a full range of the most advanced surgical services in the area of Deerfield Beach and Boca Raton.
Our surgeons specialize in minimally invasive hip surgery, joint replacement, arthroscopy surgery shoulder and elbow replacement as well as orthopedic trauma services.
Sports & Orthopedic Center offer’s a broad range of physical therapy services to our patients at our locations: East Boca Raton, West Boca Raton and Coral Springs.
Our physical therapists have over 20 years of clinical experience and work closely with our orthopedic surgeons to deliver specially designed therapy protocols for various orthopedic conditions. They are a diverse and well-qualified group, and have invested significant time in furthering their education, observing our surgeons in the operating room and perform in-office rounds with them
Our therapists combine the needs of the patient with evidenced based best practices to create a patient-centered treatment plan. The routine collaboration between our surgeons and physical therapists is a unique feature that sets the physical therapy program at Sports & Orthopedic Center apart.
For the protection of our patients and staff, we have implemented additional safety measures to ensure the safe delivery of therapy. We also offer single evaluations and programs to complete at home with telemedicine follow-up.

In August 2010, I came to be under your excellent care for an ankle fracture. From September though October 2010, I was in physical therapy with Avi Bregman and Martin Castillo. Although I had never been in physical therapy and had no one with whom to compare them; I feel compelled to write you. I want you to know why I found these two gentlemen to be so remarkable.
I can happily say that I’m very pleased with the results I’m experiencing. Two weeks after my surgery, I was able to return to my normal activities. My experience was wonderful, from the doctor who is warm and caring, to the attentive and knowledgeable staff, I couldn’t have had a better experience.
Dr. Gupta was great. I was in pain day and night and nothing would take care of the pain. I couldn’t sleep. After I did the anterior hip surgery, after recovery, I was great. I can do stairs, the treadmill, live my life with no problem. I could not walk in the mall before, and now I can. I recommend Dr. Manish Gupta 100% to everyone who I meet who has a problem with the hip. He’s a wonderful doctor!
